Dear Resident,

We have found the kitchen door in your flat propped
open on two separate occasions on the 20 and 23
February. This is a fire door and should not be
propped open as this puts the lives of residents
in danger and is a breach of fire regulations.
I would be grateful if you would ensure that this is
kept unobstructed and closed shut at all times in future.
